Limerick Songwriters @ Foley's Bar

The SongWriterSessions@TheLockeBar, continues upstairs at Foley's Bar, Sarsfield Street, Limerick 9.00pm Feb 10th.
This weeks special guest is singer songwriter Vinny Tierney.
From Co. Clare Vinny Tierney has been writing song's for about 6 year's. His influences range from 1920's jazz and big band and ends up in current artists like Aphextwin or Mick Flannery. Renounded for his ear catching melodies Vinny songs reflect real life and some of them have a topical bent to them.
As Usual all aspiring songwriters are invited to attend and play there songs in front of a live audience. All types of music and singers are welcome, a limited amount of instruments will be available for use on the night.
The evening will features songwriters doing short sets of two or three songs. There will also be an opportunity for getting a YouTube video of your performance made free of charge and uploaded to our site. Performances will also be recorded and and available to download later. Host for the sessions are songwriters Brian Connolly, Chris Wood and Sean MacLeod. SongWriter mailto:Sessions@Foley Bar takes place every Thursday.
